NZKGI has activity in the following areas: Independent monitoring and analysis of Zespri (including the establishment of measurable KPI’s/benchmarks and implementation of KISP recommendations), monitoring project outcomes, increased focus on supply chain performance and assisting grower access to clear data from suppliers and Zespri.
Monitoring of Zespri is an ongoing programme of regular meetings between Zespri’s Senior Executive and Supply Team and NZKGI’s Executive and Forum members to review current issues and relevant topics. This includes Zespri’s five-year plan, performance in the market, forecasts and grower payments.
