It outlines who the workers were, where they worked, and how satisfied they felt with pay, conditions, and the availability of work. The report also highlights common challenges such as transport, shift preferences, and personal or family commitments, alongside insights into how workers found their jobs and what hours they prefer to work. These findings help guide NZKGI’s Labour Attraction Strategy and industry efforts to improve the seasonal worker experience.
