Western Bay of Plenty Cultivate Your Career

Cultivate your career is the opportunity to showcase the horticulture industry to students studying business, technology, science or horticulture. This year is targeted at the multi-faceted innovation within the horticulture industry. Presentations will include: Marketing Innovation                   Presenter: Zespri Zespri will present on the innovative ways they market G3 and follow this up with a collaborative activity. Product Innovation Presenter: Tuhono Whenua Hort (and partners at Newnham Park TBC) Stacey from Tuhono Whenua will host the students and take them on a tour of Newnham Park to show them the different innovations there. The focus of the visit will be on robotics and students will be tasked with a group activity driving small robots around an obstacle course. Process Innovation Presenter: Tauranga Port Mark Whitworth will host students on a tour around the Port of Tauranga.
