Your report helps protect the health of our communities, uphold industry standards, and support responsible growers.
Complaints are forwarded to Zespri to undertake any necessary investigation. Zespri may take enforcement action where non-compliances are found with the grower and/or contractor’s practices, depending on the level of non-compliance.
In some circumstances other authorities may also investigate the same complaint. Where this happens, the authority may also take necessary enforcement actions to any non-compliances found with their rules.
