You’ll need to provide:
- Your name and KPIN
- Contact details of the person a loss assessor should get in touch with
- Contact details for distribution payments
- Orchard address
- Date and time of the hail event
- Owner or lessee name
- Estimated percentage of fruit damaged
- Any helpful details (hail size, leaf damage, etc.)
