We’ve developed a contractor hourly rate estimation tool. It’s intended to help growers understand a contractor’s charge-out costs, with a view to ensure:
- the contractor’s employees are being paid at least the minimum wage; and,
- the contractor’s charge-out is reasonable.
- Contractors can also use the tool to calculate a charge-out rate that covers their costs including paying workers at least the minimum wage.
