In August 2026 Inland Revenue (IR) has published a Revenue Alert outlining their tax compliance approach for the horticulture sector. The Alert refers to contracting practices of concern, IRs current position and the information-sharing provisions that exist between Inland Revenue and partner agencies, which may be relevant where non-tax offending is identified during compliance activity.
