Supervisor Workshop
NZKGI and Effective Influence partnered to create a Supervisor Workshop. It had been identified by the kiwifruit industry that there was a lack of short training courses available for people new to supervising others.
A pilot of this course was run in February of 2023. The feedback from both the participants and their direct managers was very positive. The course has been designed to be delivered over 4 hours.
